Flat bottom valve seat: after the traditional gate valve is washed with water, the sludge such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps and sundries accumulate in the valve bottom groove, which is easy to cause failure to close tightly and form leakage. The bottom of the soft seal gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the pipe, which is not easy to cause debris deposition and make the fluid unobstructed.
Integral rubber coating: the valve adopts high molecular rubber for internal and external rubber. Germany's first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber and nodular cast iron valves are reliable, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory.
Corrosion resistance: the valve body is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body. It can also be used in gas system. It is not easy to break. In the past, the traditional cast iron gate valve was often broken due to foreign objects hitting, collision or overlapping. Since the body is made of nodular cast iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.
Three "O" type: because the valve stem adopts three "O" ring sealing ring design. It can reduce the friction resistance when switching, greatly reduce the leakage phenomenon and replace the sealing ring in online construction.
Precision casting valve body: the valve body adopts precision casting, and the precise geometric dimensions make it possible to ensure the tightness of the valve without any finishing.
