Characteristics
It adopts sleeve guiding and pressure balanced valve core, which is suitable for occasions with large pressure difference.
The use of a balanced seal ring instead of the upper seat allows the conventional sleeve double seat valve structure to be changed to a sleeve single seat structure. This improvement greatly increases the leakage level of the sleeve valve.
The valve core utilizes a pressure balanced structure with a small opening and closing force. The high pressure differential can be controlled by a small actuator thrust.
It is widely used in fluid control of medium and low temperature pipelines with good dynamic stability. The sealing performance is good and the pressure difference is allowed to be large.
The sleeve is guided, the guiding area is large, the stability is good, the structure is compact, the valve inner part can be quickly replaced online, the maintenance efficiency is high, labor and time are saved.
