Characteristics
For all valve parts with a temperature less than -100 °C, cryogenic treatment according to relevant regulations to prevent low-temperature brittleness of materials and volume change caused by material phase transformation at low temperatures.
The long neck structure is adopted to make the working temperature of the packing above 0 °C, which effectively prevents the sealing property from being lowered due to the working temperature being too low, and even the sealing failure, and at the same time, it is convenient to wrap the insulating material with the valve to prevent the loss of cold energy. When the temperature is lower than -100 °C, the stem material is chrome-plated or nitrided to improve the surface hardness of the stem and improve the reliability of the filler.
The cryogenic ball valve has an abnormal boost structure. As the cryogenic valve medium vaporizes, its volume expands dramatically and the pressure will rise abnormally. When the pressure in the valve chamber increases, the middle chamber of the valve communicates with the inlet side, or a pressure relief valve is placed at the inlet end of the valve. Ensure the safe use of the valve.
The gasket for the cryogenic ball valve has reliable sealing and recovery at normal temperature, under low temperature conditions and temperature changes.
Double-layer stem packing and pressure butterfly type shrapnel device are adopted.
